Chlorothalonil to be banned in Switzerland from January 1, 2020

Chlorothalonil will be banned in Switzerland from 2020. The Federal Office for Agriculture (FOAG) is immediately withdrawing this fungicide from circulation and considers the substance "probably" carcinogenic.
