WASP-121b: the exoplanet that sows vast trails of helium in its orbit

Thanks to the James Webb Space Telescope, a team of Swiss-Canadian researchers, including the University of Geneva, has been able to observe with great precision an exoplanet, WASP-121b, in the process of releasing immense helium tails that stretch along its orbit.
