It's a debate that's been going on since the dawn of time in Switzerland: whether or not to introduce dental care as part of basic insurance. The people of Vaud voted on this issue in 2018, the people of Geneva in 2019, and the people of Neuchâtel in 2022. In the end, the result is the same: dental care expenses must remain the responsibility of patients, which is not necessarily within everyone's reach.
