Broad brain activity during decision-making

The International Brain Laboratory, co-led by the University of Geneva, publishes the first comprehensive map of brain activity in mice. By recording more than 650,000 neurons, this study reveals that the brain coordinates multiple regions to anticipate and decide, challenging the classical hierarchical model.
