In Switzerland, more than one parent of a minor child in 10 is no longer in a relationship with the other parent, according to the most recent official figures from 2021. Traditional sole custody, most often by the mother, with visiting rights every other weekend has been losing ground in recent years. But alternating custody presents logistical challenges and has significant financial and tax implications. How do you manage the organization?
